cape honeysuckle, Tecomaria capensis

It's zero degrees out there! And it's going to get colder tonight. So let's bring some fire from down south. A friend and I went for a drive to see what we could that morning, and came to this. Or so I thought. It was only later that I realized there were two glorious escaped vines with very similar flowers, twined together. The other was indeed a flamevine. But of the two this looks hotter. One of the many glorious garden escapes you see only in Florida. Polk Co FL, 3/16/16.
