mountain angelica, Angelica triquinata

This is also called filmy angelica. They're head high plants with relatively large bunches of flowers, so filmy is a little bit of a puzzle. Given their range, mountain makes more sense. But taking a wider view, there are more Angelica species in the western mountains. So, eastern mountain angelica for this one?
Does filmy start to make more sense? But I'm very fond of the eastern mountains, so mountain it is. Other angelica were much used for food and sometimes medicine. So it is a little surprising to find no lore about this one. This grows in open spots in GA, KY(E), MD(E), NC, PA, SC, TN, VA, and WV. Lumpkin Co GA, 7/6/18.
