smallfruit beggarsticks, Bidens mitis

Tall, yellow on top, extremely aggravating, but oddly still attractive to some of us, what could it be? A beggarstick, what else? The smaller size of these pronged burs makes them, if anything, more of a problem. They're harder to get hold of to remove. Smallfruit beggarsticks or bur-marigold occurs around wetlands in AL, DE, FL, GA, LA, MD(E), MS, NC, NJ, SC, TX, and VA. Dixie Co FL, 10/20/15. Aster family, Asteraceae.
