saltmarsh fleabane, Pluchea odorata

Saltmarsh fleabane is native from the US southward. It is indeed 'odorata', and in the Caribbean is the source of a popular medicinal tea. Wiki says it is antispasmodic, so it may be good for cramps. Think I'll try some! It is diuretic, and Wiki also says it's a vasodilator, and shouldn't be used if you get migraines or are pregnant. I'm safe? As an eyewash it reduces redness and pain from hayfever. Aha! Only $6.45 from Etsy.
