small Venus'-looking-glass, Triodanis biflora

Small Venus'-looking-glass must be the smaller species of Triodanis? Not in my limited experience. Triodanis perfoliata is described as getting 6-12 inches tall. This one up to 30! They're both looking-glasses because of the shiny seeds of a related European plant. These may have shiny seeds, but they are much too tiny to see ourselves in. These flowers are a little over a half inch across. The drooping petals is not typical. It's because I was a little late to the show, and this was the best flower left.
Small Venus' grows in AL, AR, AZ, CA, DE, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, LA, MO, MS, NC, NE, NM, NY, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, and VA. Rapides Parish LA, 4/18/22. Bellflower family, Campanulaceae.
