Dill is an essential ingredient in chagen pomba, baozi, krondill, and orgoki kiszone. I've only tasted the latter (yesterday), but I won't recommend any of the vast number of dishes using dill, virtually everywhere in the world. I guess that's more proof that I'm an outlier! It was also used medicinally in herbal tea and other medicines to treat a vast array of ailments. It is best used as an accent planting in gardens.
