Field bindweed comes in colors from white to this striped pink version.  The Grimms used it in one of their fables, calling it Our Lady's Little Glass. One of their ladies drank from it.  They hoped it would always be called that, and apparently it still is.  In the initial image today, the delicate color and backlit perspective appealed to me.  But I should have blown the bugs off.  They look too much like ticks.
