I've complained about how much the white flowers in the celery family look like each other. It is genuinely difficult to come up with eye catching techniques to keep them from all looking the same. So one solution might be to find one with yellow flowers? I guess I'm never happy. If anything, the yellow flowered species look more like each other than the white ones. In any case, I'm always happy to see golden alexanders. When I see them in an open area, there's a good chance it is a fen. Several times they've caught my eye when I was out on a jaunt and stopped me to see interesting places and plants.
