Winter aconite was first reported wild in Michigan in 2013. That got me thinking about it, and I have been looking for a chance to shoot it since then. It proved to be a little elusive. It is apparently not as common in gardens as it once was. I was rewarded with this plot in Adrian when I was delivering some plant info to another enthusiast. I guess I appreciate his reluctance to use computers and the internet! When I got home, I noticed three more species blooming, so we will look at these next. Spring is here!
