Yes, this is the same image. But a different rant. Mammals have a bone in our ankles called the astragalus. Isn't it strange what we remember? From my comparative anatomy class final lab exam all those years ago? There was a camel astragalus laying there. What is this? I had no idea. That question was for extra credit. I didn't get any. And I thought I had a special connection with that Prof. We went to the same highschool. My senior year the cleaning lady wouldn't come in our room because of the snakes. The nearby zoo had flooded, and we were doing foster care. Turned out that anatomy prof had lived in the same room and the cleaning lady wouldn't go in then either. He had a way of desiccating specimens on the heat radiator. What was her problem?
